- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordination and Scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
