If you are energetic, driven, and passionate about solving clients' challenges with domestic design, engineering & manufacturing, you might be the perfect fit for this role. As a Business Development and Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key part in our sales team.

You will be focused on the thermoplastics side of our business, responsible for managing existing accounts, qualifying leads generated from inbound calls and marketing, generating leads through targeted outreach, managing resulting opportunities, and providing technical sales support across the sales cycle. Your goal will be to build and maintain great long-term relationships with our clients.

You are driven by a passion for finding paths to closing business using all the tools in your sales engine: communicating effectively in person, over video, and in writing to build solid relationships and consultatively qualify customers; utilizing your CRM to proactively manage and progress your pipeline; taking advantage of available data sources to support compelling presentations and proposals; leveraging your expertise in sales of build-to-order industrial products to instill trust in yourself and in METHOD.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Develop and execute sales plans that align with our company goals and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to our management team.

Pursuing New Business Opportunities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our assigned territory/market segment.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

Managing and Growing Existing Accounts:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue.

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including dental care, disability insurance, life insurance, and on-going career development programs.
