  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement administrative procedures and processes to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Review and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • Educational background in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
