Job Title: Administrative Specialist

RTC Mortgage is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills
