Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Burnaby. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using data and information to inform decision-making.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
