About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Kitchen Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance of our kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are clean and in good working order.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Skills

Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills
