Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
- Kitchen Operations
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support personnel.
- Ensure that kitchen operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Education and Experience
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of menu planning and preparation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
