About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2754362 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support personnel.
    • Ensure that kitchen operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of menu planning and preparation.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
