About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and taste all dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Language: English
