- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
- Kitchen Management
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Monitor and control kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
