Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate

Skills

Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills
