Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and trading solutions to our Institutional clients, leveraging your expertise in financial derivatives and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Provide market insights, risk management, and execution services to our Institutional clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trading, and research, to deliver seamless client coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their portfolio needs and matching our services and products to their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial sales and trading, with a focus on derivatives and capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, pricing, and sales/trading/hedging strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.
