About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Institutional Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, and government issuers.
  • Provide market insights, risk management, and execution services to clients, leveraging our expertise in capital markets and derivatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, trading, and research teams to deliver seamless client coverage and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, trading, or a related field, with a strong background in financial derivatives.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial products and markets.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.
