Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to ensure their success.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector and public sector, with a deep understanding of the procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
