Job Details

We are seeking a Program Assistant to join our Remediation Program Management team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include assisting with letters, client correspondence, and presentations, as well as coordinating travel and bookings for the team. You will also provide consistent and professional administrative support to our project managers, including general filing and archiving, and other administrative duties as required. Additionally, you will coordinate with subcontractors, prepare purchase orders and work orders, and assist other administrative assistants in the national team as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills. You will have experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, and Oracle. You will also have good communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership of delegated tasks. A graduate of business administration diploma is preferred, but not required.
