You will collaborate with the Program or Project Manager and demonstrate successful communication skills to ensure the success of projects.

In this role, you will also support the management and completion activities associated with ad hoc project assignments.

This may include scheduling project team meetings, capturing key decisions and action items, identifying risks, and managing according to established deliverables and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and project coordination and management skills.

They should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lotus Notes, and other desktop tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Support all aspects of program or project management.
  2. Develop customized project tools and processes for project teams.
  3. Collaborate with the Program or Project Manager.
  4. Demonstrate successful communication skills.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • 3+ years using MS Project or similar project scheduling tool.
  • 3+ years of experience in the application of project management principles and project coordination and management skills.
