Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team.

You will be responsible for coaching building owners through the deep retrofit process, collaborating with the program team, and engaging with program participants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the program team to ensure successful implementation of all ReCover programs.
  • Engaging with program participants to support deep retrofit projects.
  • Aligning program goals with individual participant objectives.
  • Assisting building owners throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with participants, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying, verifying, and assisting building owners in applying to funding sources.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building management, building science, architecture, engineering, energy auditing, or a property management role involving decision making for building upgrades.

A bachelor's degree or a diploma in Sustainability, Construction Technology, or a related field is required.
