This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in Atlantic Canada.

ReCover aims to transform buildings into energy-efficient, sustainable spaces through deep retrofit solutions that enhance comfort, reduce energy consumption, and lower utility costs.

Key Tasks:

  1. Collaborate with the program team to ensure successful implementation of ReCover programs.
  2. Engage with program participants to support deep retrofit projects.
  3. Align program goals with individual participant objectives.
  4. Assist building owners throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  5. Maintain consistent communication with participants, team members, and external stakeholders.
  6. Identify and assist building owners in applying to funding sources.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sustainability, energy efficiency, and building management, with a degree in a related field.
