Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join our team at IP Immigration Pros Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Establish and maintain effective work priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assemble and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
