Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, accounting, and providing administrative assistance to support the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support office management and administration for a busy consulting company
  • Provide executive administrative support to the President
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Act as a liaison for events and various activities as needed
  • Prepare and send client billings and invoices
  • Perform bank deposits and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Run employee billing system and track sales commissions
  • Order software for customers and prepare renewals
  • Track and order office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Experience in administrative assistance and customer service
  • Proficient in office administration tasks and bookkeeping software (Sage 300)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with attention to detail
  • Degree in business administration or accounting

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
