High-Profile Client Liaison Specialist

Welcome to the House of Commons, a dynamic and inclusive workplace where talented individuals make a meaningful impact. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Client Service Advisor to join our Parliamentary Precinct Operations team.
As a key member of our Client Care Team, you will serve as a single point of contact for clients on financial service requirements such as broker services, accounting operations, budget reviews, and travel point balances. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving requests and escalating concerns to other areas when necessary.
You will work closely with Financial Services stakeholders to provide proactive advisory services to clients, supporting them in achieving their expectations and objectives while ensuring effective stewardship of the House's financial resources.
The Client Care Team provides clients with an enhanced experience and seamless, unified services. You will join a dynamic team who provide consistent, streamlined, and exceptional service experience to Members, their staff, and House Administration employees.
In this role, you will broaden your knowledge of the different Service Areas of the House Administration and have opportunities to participate in various programs and projects, such as leadership development, professional development, and important initiatives for your colleagues and the team.
Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and challenging, offering ample opportunities for growth and leadership development. You will be valued and developed in a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be recognized and utilized.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in serving clients and working in a contact centre environment;
- Experience in providing advice to high-profile clients;
- Experience in evaluating and analyzing information and reviewing various types of requests;
- Experience in working and communicating with partners;
- Experience in explaining policies, processes, and procedures.
Prior experience in providing financial advice or using an Integrated Financial System is an asset. A completed post-secondary education from a recognized institution in finance, commerce, or business administration, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience, is also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and the level of responsibility associated with this role.
