Job Summary
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager, Business Markets to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our Business Markets group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our small business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored financial advice and solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Proactively contact clients to gather insights, understand their needs, and provide ongoing satisfaction with RBC services
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and deepen client relationships through delivery of value-added services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures, ensuring compliance with RBC policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Business development and client acquisition skills, including building and leveraging valuable Centres of Influence within the local business community
- Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Fluency in both French and English to serve RBC's French and English-speaking clients in this market
