We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The work conditions and physical capabilities of this role include the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Providing customer service
  • Co-ordinating special events

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week and a competitive salary.
