Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Roland Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and recording minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
