- Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and resolving employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations to support business travel and meetings.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors by greeting them and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
