We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at InOrbit Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our immigration team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the immigration team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support to clients and colleagues.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the team with tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and arranging travel.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an immigration or settlement services context.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment:
