Job Summary

Ontario Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
