At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies. They will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, as well as typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the team with administrative tasks. They will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
