Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
