Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nan's Country Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
- Teach interest or professional development courses to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling pressure.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
- Organized, team player with initiative and a strong work ethic.
