Retail Store Supervisor

Nan's Country Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and teaching interest or professional development courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Teach interest or professional development courses
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
