Assistant General Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal guidance and support to our business teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate law, litigation, and compliance matters to our business teams.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and development.
- Manage and supervise outside counsel and other legal professionals as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on legal trends and developments in our industry and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a lawyer, with expertise in corporate law, litigation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, including SEC regulations and document preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
