- Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and development.
- Manage and supervise outside counsel and other legal professionals as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on legal trends and developments in our industry and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a lawyer, with expertise in corporate law, litigation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, including SEC regulations and document preparation, litigation, anti-trust laws, and contract negotiation and preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of associates.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.
