About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal services to our clients and supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective legal services to clients, including contract negotiation and preparation, litigation support, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and supervise a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of legal services.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives, including project management and risk assessment.
  • Represent the company in significant business contracts and negotiations, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal trends and developments, applying expertise to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a lawyer, with expertise in one or more specialty areas of legal practice.
  • Strong technical legal skills and expertise, with the ability to apply knowledge to complex legal issues.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
