We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Events Coordinator to join our Toronto Client Development & Marketing Team.

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of webinars, in-person events, and client social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, including webinars, conferences, and client social events.
  • Search for new venues, restaurants, and trends to enhance client experiences.
  • Organize firm sponsorships and conferences, including managing event calendars and intake forms.
  • Provide day-of onsite assistance for in-person events.
  • Manage event-related tasks, including ROI analysis and post-event reporting.
  • Use Osler's event technology to create and send invitations and track RSVPs.
  • Coordinate the drafting of invitations and targeted mailing lists.
  • Oversee the production of event collateral, including nametags, signage, and handouts.
  • Coordinate the firm's client gifting program, including sourcing new and interesting products.
  • Manage event-related email boxes to ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or college diploma, plus two years of relevant work experience in event planning.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is an asset.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and multitask multiple concurrent events.
  • Superior accuracy, attention to detail, creativity, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset.
