Client Experience Specialist

At BMW Toronto, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting our luxury vehicle services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust from the start.
- Review vehicle history and data to identify required services and recommend relevant maintenance and repairs.
- Accurately document client concerns, initial costs, and contact information on repair orders.
- Keep clients informed about vehicle status and provide updates on repair progress.
- Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Document approved repairs and update promise times, ensuring timely completion.
- Review all written notes and charges on invoices once repairs are completed and prior to billing.
- Review and ensure all open repair orders are closed as quickly as possible.
- Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management.
Requirements:
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a strong desire to provide exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
