The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures. They will also direct and control daily operations, evaluate their effectiveness, and plan and organize daily tasks.

This role involves opening and distributing mail, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, performing data entry, and providing customer service. The candidate will also consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
