Social Worker

At Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Wiisocotatiwin. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working as a Social Worker, with a strong background in addictions, mental health, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy. They will be able to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment, prioritizing client needs and promoting wellness, prevention of disease, and management of chronic diseases/conditions.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations. The successful candidate will be committed to the principles that guide Mount Carmel Clinic, including diversity, equity, cultural safety, and harm reduction.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary range of $34,836 - $45,462 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
