Cultural Services Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cultural Services Worker to join our team at the Fisher River Cree Nation.
This is a full-time position that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to families and children in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients
- Provide mandated child protection and family services as per the Child & Family Services Act and Regulations
- Manage case loads and input information into the CFSIS system
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and external partners
- Develop and implement case plans to meet the unique needs of clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work degree or related field preferred
- Post-secondary education and experience will be considered
- Strong knowledge of the Child & Family Services Act, Authorities Act, Adoption Act, and related Regulations and Standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CFSIS and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage required
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on education and experience
