At RLG International, we are a global boutique performance consulting company with over 150 staff members.

We specialize in on-site measurable performance improvement projects across various countries and regions.

Our projects involve impactful offshore, rotational, domestic, and expat assignments that take place regularly.

As a dynamic and customer-service oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will join our Head Office Global Support team in our downtown Vancouver office.

This full-time temporary role is initially a fixed-term employment position lasting six months.

You will represent RLG as the first point of contact while performing multiple office duties in a professional and timely manner.

Due to our small fast-paced office environment, all team members are expected to roll up their sleeves and take on various tasks necessary to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day reception duties and general administrative support.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries promptly.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, couriers, and delivery requests.
  • Handle meeting room bookings and provide support for meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate and arrange special events and teambuilding activities.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card expenses and petty cash.
  • Order and track office supplies, stationery, and corporate branded items.
  • Maintain and update staff directories as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of direct experience in providing administrative support in an office environment.
  • Friendly and positive attitude both in person and virtually.
  • Intuitive and organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in multitasking, taking initiative, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of reacting swiftly while maintaining composure under pressure.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $40,000 - $50,000 CAD depending on experience and qualifications.
