At MB Master Auto, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee and coordinate our office administrative procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in implementing and maintaining administrative procedures, managing office services, and preparing operating budgets. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and planning for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Performing data entry and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures

The successful candidate will be a highly organized and reliable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
