We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Abler HD Canada INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, plan and control budget and expenditures, and provide support for youths.

The ideal candidate will have a College/CEGEP education and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. If you have equivalent experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
