Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Information Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
