Administrative Coordinator

Akhira Trucking INC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff. Key responsibilities include establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating office services, performing data entry, and overseeing payroll administration. This is a permanent position, and the working language is English. The working hours are 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff

- Perform data entry
- Oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
