We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MB Master Auto. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
