Business Development Manager

As a Branch Manager at NAPA Auto Parts, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
- Manage store budgets and optimize financial results
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the B2B industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position
- College diploma or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
