Change Management Consultant

The ideal candidate will support change projects, either solo or in partnership with another change management consultant, and make decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans. The consultant will also have considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in organizational change management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The position requires fluency in English and French, as well as in-depth knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards, and processes. Proficiency with corporate-standard software applications, including Office 365, is essential.
