Territory Sales Representative for General Mills

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Encore Market Engagement. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in the Greater Ottawa territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent General Mills and Blue Buffalo in a professional manner by providing exceptional customer service
Work closely with your Manager to set territory goals and develop strategies to meet targets
Develop strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
Introduce new products and promotional events into the market
Use sales tools to identify opportunities and gaps and determine action plans to drive sales and improve distribution
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in territory sales and merchandising in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Superior communication and presentation skills
Bilingual (French/English)
Amazing relationship-building skills
Strong selling skills
Ability to influence and lead change
High-speed internet with WiFi at home
Reliable vehicle and ability to store supplies at home
Estimated Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
