At Brunel International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Territory Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage a large territory and drive sales growth through innovative sales and marketing techniques. As a Strategic Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for setting territory goals, developing action plans, and protecting existing business while seeking opportunities to expand the territory.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a large territory with regular travel, including 2-3 days in a hotel each month, to meet customers and achieve sales objectives.
  • Set clear territory goals and develop actionable plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Protect existing business and identify new opportunities to expand the territory through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing effectively, balancing competing interests and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Confidently introduce new products and provide detailed information about existing products, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • BUILD STRONG PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND TIMELY RESPONSES TO INQUIRIES.
  • Contribute positively to the sales team through active participation in conference calls and regular communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales reports and respond promptly to requests from head office.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample inventory movement and take corrective action as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company materials through ongoing education and training.
  • Manage expenses effectively, minimizing unnecessary costs and ensuring budget compliance.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in medical/surgical sales with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on customer service, driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Leadership experience, with a willingness to mentor and train others to enhance team performance.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of comfort using digital tools and software.
