  2. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
  3. Sales Presentations: Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions.
  4. Customized Solutions: Customize insurance programs to meet clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, sales presentations, and follow-ups.
  6. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients on insurance options.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  1. Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License
  2. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  3. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  6. Proactive in problem-solving
  7. Dedicated to customer service
  8. Ability to multi-task
  9. Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  10. LLQP License (preferred/must be able to obtain)
