Aspen Creek Designer Homes is a boutique custom home builder who builds designer homes that are not only beautiful but are exceptionally well-built We are proud to be building estate homes in the communities of Monterra, Pinnacle and Goldwyn; and we build semi-estate homes in the community of Sunset Ridge.

We are searching for an experienced New Home Sales Associate who is excited to work with an experienced Area Sales Manager and help sell based on the values outlined above.

**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager you, as the New Home Sales Associate, will be responsible for providing information to clients regarding ACDH communities, properties, and products, as well as support your Area Sales Manager in sales administration and facilitating the overall customer experience.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Support your Area Sales Manager in professionally representing the business unit in the sale of Premium and Estate level products.
- Ensure the Showhome and Sales Centre is clean, organized and the ACDH image is presented professionally at all times.
- Provide an exceptional experience to our clients (we call them Guests) by building an authentic relationship from the moment you greet them in the sales centre.
- Support your Guests’ home buying journey by demonstrating competence, fostering a connection and providing consistency in communication throughout the purchase process.
- Assist your Area Sales Manager in achieving target requirements by maintaining a strong prospecting and customer database and setting qualified sales meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the Housing industry, market trends and competitive offerings.
- Identify new and creative ways to market products and drive traffic while upholding ACDH brand integrity.
- Participate in developing customer engagement, marketing and social media strategies.

**Essential Requirements to succeed as a New Home Sales Associate**:

- Experience as a sales associate in the new home sales industry is an asset.
- Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate show home and sales center hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales center hours. The hours of operation for model homes and sales centers are typically, as follows:

- Monday to Thursday 2:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm

**What we Offer**:

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
